Dear Students, Parents, and Well-wishers,
It is with immense pleasure and a deep sense of commitment I welcome you to Padmoday Universal College. As the Director, “I am honoured to be a part of an institution dedicated to transforming lives through education in Western Uttar Pradesh.”
Our college was founded on the belief that access to quality education should not be a privilege, but a fundamental right. We are here to empower individuals, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, to break the cycle of poverty and achieve their full potential. My own diverse academic journey, with an M.A. in English Literature, a Ph.D, and an MBA, coupled with a Senior Management Program from IIM Kozhikode, has equipped me with a holistic understanding of both educational excellence and effective leadership.
International teaching experience in countries such as Eritrea, Libya, and Canada has deeply enriched my understanding of education’s global impact, it is my research that forms the cornerstone of my professional identity. With 12 papers published in internationally recognized, Scopus-indexed journals, my academic work explores innovative approaches to language instruction and learning outcomes. This strong research foundation, combined with my TEFL and Business English Coaching certifications, informs a pedagogical approach that is both evidence-based and globally relevant.
