- Dr. U.V. Sharma – Founder Chairman A visionary leader, Dr. U.V. Sharma is the esteemed Founder Chairman of Padmoday Universal College. A retired Professor of Hindi, Dr. Sharma holds M.A., Ph.D., and D.Litt degrees. His profound knowledge spans Indian scriptures, geography, and English Literature. A prolific author, he has penned 17 books and has guided 9 Ph.D. scholars in Hindi Literature, leaving an indelible mark on the academic landscape.
- Dr. Padma Sharma – Chairman As the Chairman of Padmoday Universal College, Dr. Padma Sharma brings invaluable experience and a deep understanding of human values to her role. A retired Professor of Hindi with a distinguished career spanning 40 years, Dr. Padma Sharma holds M.A., Ph.D., and D.Litt degrees. Her dedication to education and her empathetic approach are central to the college’s ethos.
- Dr. Manav Sharma – Director The dynamic Director of Padmoday Universal College, Dr. Manav Sharma, is a multifaceted academic and professional. He holds an M.A. in English Literature, a Ph.D., and an MBA, and has further honed his leadership skills through a Senior Management Program from IIM Kozhikode. A certified TEFL and BE Coach, Dr. Sharma has a rich international teaching background, having taught English in Eritrea, Libya, and Canada. His commitment to research is evident in his 12 research papers published in international Scopus-indexed journals.
- Dr. Sameeksha Sharma – First Trustee Based in Florida, USA, Dr. Sameeksha Sharma serves as the First Trustee of Padmoday Universal College. A highly skilled Data Scientist, she earned her M.Sc in Data Science from San Antonio University, Texas, USA. Dr. Sameeksha Sharma plays a crucial role in overseeing the international academic and managerial affairs of the College, ensuring a global perspective and facilitating strategic partnerships.
